Subject of the Agreement
Turar.uz provides access to the database and functionality for placing advertisements (e-commerce services).
Service Status
The platform is not a party to the transaction, is not a real estate organization, and does not charge a commission for real estate mediation.
User Responsibilities
Agents and realtors undertake to comply with the Law on Real Estate Activities independently.
Payment and Service Fees
The platform charges a service fee strictly after the guest has physically visited the host's property and commenced their stay.
1. Data Collection
We only collect data necessary to provide rental services: your name, email, phone number, and payment details (for hosts).
2. Data Usage
Your data is used to process bookings, facilitate communication between guest and host, and send important notifications about order status.
3. Third Parties
We do not send your data.
4. Security
All data is transmitted via encrypted channels. Your passwords and card details are not stored in plain text on our servers.
