Cancellation Policy

1. General Provisions
This Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement. All cancellations must be made through your personal account on turar.uz or via support.
Cancellation time is recorded by Platform server time (UTC+5, Tashkent).
2. Guest Cancellation Terms
* Platform commission (12%) is non-refundable under any cancellation terms.

| 24–48 hours | 50% of stay cost | Deposit not returned |
| Less than 24 hours | No refund | Full amount withheld |
3. Security Deposit
The deposit is held by the Platform and returned to the guest within 3 business days after check-out if no damage claims are filed.
4. Host Cancellation
A host who cancels a confirmed booking is liable for: full refund to the guest, 10% penalty fee, and listing ranking downgrade.
5. Force Majeure
Full refund without penalty for documented circumstances: death of close relative, hospitalisation, natural disaster, government-imposed travel restrictions.
