House Rules

These rules are the minimum standards for all Platform properties. Hosts may add additional rules in their listing. In case of conflict, the listing rules prevail.

🕐 Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in: 14:00, check-out: 12:00.
• Exact times are agreed with the host via the Platform chat.
• If arriving more than 2 hours late — notify the host in chat.
• On departure: return keys, take out trash, close windows and doors.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Order

• Quiet hours: 23:00 to 8:00 daily.
• Parties, loud events and commercial shoots require written host permission.
• Violating quiet hours is grounds for immediate eviction.

🚶 Guests & Visitors

• Only persons listed at booking may stay overnight.
• Exceeding the guest count without approval is prohibited.
• Daytime visitors are allowed unless prohibited in listing rules.

🚬 Smoking

• Smoking inside all properties is prohibited unless stated otherwise in the listing.
• Fine for violation: professional cleaning cost — 500,000 to 2,000,000 UZS.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are allowed only when explicitly stated in the listing.
• The guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by pets.

🔑 Keys & Security

• Don't hand keys to third parties or make copies.
• Lock the front door every time you leave.
• If a key is lost — replacement costs are on the guest.

⚠️ Liability for Damage

Guests are fully liable for damage to the host's property:

• Damage is covered from the deposit.
• Damage exceeding the deposit — additional claim via Platform.
• Normal wear and tear is not compensable.

🚫 Grounds for Immediate Eviction

The host may demand immediate eviction without refund for:

• Gross violation of quiet hours;
• Intentional property damage;
• Exceeding guest count;
• Illegal activity on premises;
• Aggressive behaviour.
