1. Parties and Subject Matter

This document is a public offer under Articles 367–370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, governing the relationship between the Offeror: Turar.uz LLC, and the Acceptor: any individual or legal entity registered on turar.uz.

Registration on the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of these terms.

2. Service Description

Turar.uz is an information and intermediary short-term rental platform in Uzbekistan. The Platform provides:

technological infrastructure for publishing rental listings;
search and filtering system for guests;
secure online payment system;
communication tools between hosts and guests;
review and verification system;
customer support and dispute mediation.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the Platform. By registering, users agree to provide accurate data, be at least 18 years old, not create duplicate accounts, and maintain password confidentiality.

4. Host Rules

Hosts confirm they have the right to rent the property, the property meets platform requirements, prices and descriptions are accurate, and cancellations are made in a timely manner.

5. Guest Rules

Guests agree to use the property for its intended purpose, follow house rules, not exceed the stated guest count, compensate for damage caused, and vacate on time.

6. Payment Methods and Security

All payments on the platform are processed non-cash using UzCard, Humo, Visa, and MasterCard bank cards through secure payment gateways (Uzum Bank / OCTO). Platform commission: 12% for hosts, 0% for guests. Host payout arrives within 1 business day after guest check-in.

Transaction security is guaranteed by 3D Secure technology and compliance with the international PCI DSS card safety standard.

To minimize the risks of fraudulent transactions and maintain transaction control, the platform monitors suspicious activities and employs the acquiring bank's anti-fraud systems. Client data is protected using SSL encryption during transmission.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation conditions are governed by the Turar.uz Cancellation Policy. In case of timely cancellation or host-fault cancellation, the refund is automatically sent in full back to the same bank card used for the payment.

The time frame for the refunded money to appear on the card depends on the guest's issuing bank and typically takes between 3 to 10 business days.

The 12% Platform commission is non-refundable for any host cancellation.

8. Platform Liability

Turar.uz acts as an intermediary and is not liable for: user actions or omissions, accuracy and legality of listings, guest property safety, force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Turar.uz trademark, design, and software belong to Turar.uz LLC. Users grant the Platform a royalty-free license to use uploaded materials.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes are resolved in courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Offeror's location.
