Register and Set Up Your Profile
Create an account on Turar.uz via Email or Google. Add a profile photo, verify your phone, and connect the Telegram bot @turar_uz_bot. A verified profile builds more trust with guests.

Create a Listing
Go to "List a Property" and fill in the form. Add at least 8 high-quality photos, an accurate address, description, amenities list, and house rules.

- ✓Enter the exact address — guests see it only after booking
- ✓Fill in the description in 2 languages to reach more guests
Pass Moderation
The Turar.uz team will review your listing within 24 hours. We make sure the property meets platform standards: current photos, correct address, all listed amenities.
- ✓Review takes up to 24 hours on business days
- ✓If rejected, you'll receive detailed feedback
- ✓After approval, your listing appears in search
Set Prices and Open Your Calendar
In the dashboard, set a base price per night, minimum stay, and block out unavailable dates. Enable instant booking or accept requests manually.

- ✓Pricing periods: standard / holidays / season
- ✓Enable instant booking to get more requests
Host Guests and Earn
Respond to requests within 2 hours. Welcome guests, maintain a high rating. Payout arrives to your UzCard/Humo within 1 business day of check-in.
- ✓Response time: no more than 2 hours
- ✓Rating 4.8+ and 10 bookings = Superhost status
- ✓Payout: 1 business day after guest check-in
