Upload at least 3 daytime photos. Show every room, the view and the entrance.

Set the nightly price in UZS — this is the primary currency of the platform.

Yes, completely free. Turar.uz only charges a 12% service fee from the guest on online payment.
How many listings can I create?
Unlimited. If you have multiple properties or a hotel with rooms — create a separate listing for each.
How do I receive payment?
The guest pays the service fee (12%) online via Uzum Checkout. The remaining 88% is handed to you in cash at check-in — no delays.
When will my listing appear?
After submission, the form goes to review. Moderation usually takes a few hours, maximum 24 hours.
Can I edit the listing?
Yes, anytime via the host PMS panel. Manage bookings, calendar and prices there too.
