1. General Provisions
Turar.uz is a platform for finding and booking short-term and long-term rentals in Uzbekistan. Turar.uz is an information platform (information intermediary). The administration is not responsible for intermediaries having licenses, does not participate in transactions, does not check the legal cleanliness of properties 'in the field', and is not a party to the lease agreement. Check all documents before payment. By using our service, you agree to these rules.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed after the host accepts your request. Payment can be made on-site (cash or transfer) or via the platform, if provided in the listing. The platform's service fee is charged after the guest has visited the host's property.
3. House Rules
Guests agree to follow the house rules set by the host: maintain cleanliness, respect quiet hours, and treat the property with care.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the policy selected by the host. Please carefully review the cancellation policy in the listing before booking.
